About the Role
We are looking for a Communications Manager to shape and coordinate how The Tipping Point communicates its mission, programs, partnerships, and impact.
You will take ownership of our day-to-day communications — from planning and storytelling to social media and newsletters — working closely with project managers and the wider TTP team to turn our work into clear, engaging content for different audiences. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong writing and storytelling with creativity, organization, and attention to detail, and is excited about using communication to amplify social impact.
What You’ll Do
Communications Planning & Content
- Plan and coordinate TTP’s communications across projects and channels, managing timelines and key deliverables.
- Work closely with the team to identify stories, milestones, results, and impact worth sharing.
- Create engaging content in Greek and English, adapting messages to different audiences and communication objectives.
- Turn program outcomes, data, and stakeholder experiences into clear and compelling stories.
- Support additional communication needs, including press releases, website and program content, and selected media opportunities.
Social Media
- Own TTP’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, from content planning and creation to publishing and community engagement.
- Manage the social media calendar and create content around TTP’s programs, people, impact, and wider areas of interest.
- Collaborate with designers and create or adapt visual content using tools such as Canva.
- Monitor performance and engagement to understand what resonates with our audiences and continuously improve our content.
Newsletters & Email Communications
- Plan, write, and coordinate newsletters for TTP and its programs.
- Manage newsletter production and distribution through email marketing platforms, adapting content to different audiences and monitoring performance.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Around 3 years of relevant professional experience in communications, content creation, digital communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in Greek and English.
- Experience managing social media channels and creating content for different audiences and formats.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- The ability to turn complex information, program results, and impact data into clear and engaging communication.
- A strong eye for detail and consistency, both in language and visual communication.
- The ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively with a team and external partners.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, email marketing platforms, CMS tools, analytics tools, and GenAI tools.
- Curiosity, creativity, initiative, and an interest in education, youth empowerment, innovation, and social impact.
